It’s the season for one of Connecticut’s and the Northeast’s greatest jazz events, the Litchfield Jazz Festival, which this year has moved back to its previous location at the Goshen Fairgrounds (by popular demand).
Fine Fare, Friends & Fun! Oldest Food and Wine Festival!
Since 1985, New England’s oldest food and wine festival has annually attracted thousands of guests for a sampling of the region’s food and wine, plus upscale shopping and live entertainment.
Foodies will enjoy “grazing-sized” portions of house specialties prepared by chefs from regional restaurants, bistros and other purveyors of fine food with prices ranging from $4.00 to $8.00 per item.
This year’s celebration includes an Adult Spelling Bee, Barefoot Truth Concert, Fireworks, Hay Bale Toss Contest, Hypno Lorezo, Nail Driving Contest, Parade, Pie Eating Contest, Pumpkin Carving, Skillet Throw Contest and Vaters Monster Truck Show.

The Seymour, CT Pumpkin Festival is a juried craft show with an average of 30,000 people in attendance each year. Each craft booth is given special consideration for placement, depending on their product. Our craft booths include handmade jewelry, silk and dried flower arrangements, soft sculpture, quilts, paintings, blown glass, woodcrafts, Christmas ornaments, ceramic items, hand painted slate, and more!
Greetings fellow garlic fans! We would like invite you to join us for our Annual Connecticut Garlic & Harvest Festival. It will be held at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds on Route 61 in Bethlehem, Connecticut (just north of town). Visit our garlic cooking demonstrations, stay for a live band performance, and learn how to grow garlic at our informative lectures. Many garlic dips, spreads, cheeses, and oils will be available for purchase from our diverse garlic specialty food vendors – most offering FREE samples to try before you buy!
