Our RV Sites Include
All sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Grills are not furnished with RV or tent sites. Please bring your own or you may purchase one in our store.
Our Cabin Site Includes
Our 1 room cabin comes with a jackknife couch, a set of bunk beds, heat/AC, heated sink, dorm size refrigerator, microwave, ceiling fan & electric fire place.
Cabin site has a picnic table, fire pits & a charcoal grill. Please bring your own charcoal or you may purchase some in our store. Linens & cooking equipment are not provided.
Rates
Rates are based on a family of 2 adults w/ up to 3 children or 4 adults. Extra children 0-5 years are free 6-18 $5 per day. Additional adults $10 per day. Maximum of 6 adults per site. Sites accommodate 1 pop up or RV per site or 2 tents.
Check-In
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is at 1:00 pm.
If departure is past check-out an extra day charge will be incurred.
Reservations & Payment
Full payment is required upon making reservation if dates are within 14 days of arrival or include a holiday, or the reservation is 3 nights or less. Otherwise the deposit to confirm the reservation is 1/2 the total.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will incur an administrative fee of $35.
Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior will incur a $35 plus 1 night fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will not be refunded.
No refunds for early departure or inclement weather or eviction.
Pet Policy
One dog over 40lbs per site, or 2 dogs under 40lbs.
Cats allowed.
Proof of Vaccinations is required.
We are sorry no other pets are permitted.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Drinking in the privacy of one’s home or yard is a personal matter, but drunken behavior, drinking in the streets, excessive noise or shouting, fights or similar activity occasioned by excessive use of alcohol, drugs or otherwise, shall be grounds for eviction with no refund or notification of police. No keg beer allowed. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING WILL BE TOLERATED.
